Let's explore a fundamental movement pattern: Core-Distal Connectivity: Our whole body is connected through our central core. Each limb finds its relationship to core and through core to each of the other limbs.
How does it feel to move with these pathways in our awareness? How can we integrate this pattern in our dances, solo and together?
Imprinted deep within our body, core-distal connectivity supports basic relationship rhythms of coming into โselfโ and going out to โotherโ or the world. โ Let's be inspired by the turtle, the sun and the sea star, and feel into a sense of natural centering.
