Silent retreat
This is an invitation to be conversationally silent between meetings and give yourself the opportunity to simply be with yourself and to look within. The meetings are an invitation to come home to where we have longed to be since forever.
When we consciously invite our systems to rest together in community, most of us get a felt sense of connection. That’s when the magic happens.
The felt sense of connection allows our systems to stop and to show up for every movement away from here, be it a belief or a thought, an emotion, a feeling or a sensation or just the tiniest habitual distraction that pulls our attention away from being right here.
When our systems get a felt sense of safety they become available to invite everything that had to disembody itself to come home. Nothing needs to be changed, fixed or eliminatedIt is the felt sense of connection that provides the space to notice those movements. The usual judgements crumble away, emotions and sensations are invited to discharge in the arms of love provided by the space of peace.
I have been fascinated by this exploration longer then I can think.
My system had to go through so much confusion and suffering. It was very lucky that life invited it to see every distraction as an opportunity to come home again and again.
It has been and is an ongoing journey.
I love to share all the discoveries that have been shown to me with those who are also interested to live as peace.
The meetings will be in english.

During the retreat there will be an opportunity to participate in soft, gentle physical movement, like yoga, dance, movement meditation, to soften and open the body for embodiment.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Investment:
€575,- for the meetings and 3 organic vegetarian meals a day, including tea and coffee.
